These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Deskify. By visiting, browsing, creating an account, submitting content, or purchasing through the website, you accept these terms and any policies incorporated by reference.

You must be at least the age of legal majority where you live, or use the website with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you use Deskify on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for your account and purchases. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify Deskify promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website, Deskify, or others; investigate suspected misuse; comply with law; or enforce these terms.

Deskify curates desks, workstations, ergonomic seating, monitor and laptop support, keyboard and input accessories, organization systems, storage, privacy solutions, and related workspace products. We may change assortments, specifications, availability, or purchase limits at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Colors, textures, proportions, and finishes may appear differently across devices, and minor differences that do not affect ordinary function may occur. You are responsible for confirming measurements, clearance, weight limits, compatibility, and intended use before purchase.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. The price and applicable charges presented at checkout control for that transaction, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Submitting an order is your offer to buy the selected products. Receipt of an automated order acknowledgment does not by itself mean that the order has been accepted. Deskify may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order before dispatch.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied. Payment processing may be handled by independent payment providers under their own terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Deskify provides free shipping on all products and generally expects delivery within 3–5 calendar days. Timing may vary because of product availability, address verification, destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, or events outside reasonable control.

If an order cannot ship within the time stated when you ordered, Deskify will provide notice and the options required by applicable law, which may include consenting to a revised date or canceling for a refund. Title and risk of loss pass as provided by applicable law and the selected delivery method. You must provide a complete, secure, and serviceable delivery address.

Deskify offers free returns and exchanges for eligible products within 30 days. Eligibility, required condition, return authorization steps, refund timing, non-returnable items, damage reporting, and other details are governed by the Return & Refund Policy displayed on the website.

These terms do not restrict any remedy or consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method unless otherwise required or agreed.

Follow all instructions, hardware requirements, warnings, weight limits, compatibility guidance, and maintenance directions supplied with a product. Some products may require two-person assembly, wall or floor anchoring, qualified installation, or periodic tightening.

Do not use damaged, incomplete, improperly assembled, overloaded, modified, or incompatible products. Stop using a product if it appears unstable or unsafe and seek assistance. Deskify is not responsible for harm caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper assembly, failure to follow instructions, or use outside the product’s stated purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

The website and its original text, layout, graphics, logos, icons, photography, video, interfaces, and other content are owned by or licensed to Deskify and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may access and use the website for personal or internal business shopping purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, scrape, frame, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected website content without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly allows it.

If you submit a review, image, comment, suggestion, or other content, you represent that it is truthful, based on genuine experience where relevant, does not infringe another person’s rights, and is not unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful.

You grant Deskify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt for formatting, and use the submission in connection with the website and Deskify marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may moderate or remove content that violates these terms, while respecting legal protections for honest reviews.

The website may rely on or link to independent services such as payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, social platforms, and other websites. Their products, availability, security, content, and terms are controlled by those third parties.

Deskify is not responsible for third-party websites or services merely because they are linked or integrated. Review the applicable third party’s terms and privacy practices before using its service.

You may not use the website to violate law or another person’s rights; submit false or misleading information; distribute malicious code; bypass security or access controls; interfere with performance; harvest personal information; impersonate another person; conduct unauthorized automated scraping; make fraudulent purchases; resell access to the website; or misuse promotions.

Deskify may restrict access, cancel affected transactions, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful investigations when it reasonably believes prohibited conduct has occurred.
